Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. surga77 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Upon account closure, any remaining Real Money balance (subject to wagering conditions being met) will be returned to the player via a verified payment method. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

surga77's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
